1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mirae: Saju & Elements ("Mirae", "the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Blue King Code ("we", "our", "us"), the publisher of Mirae.

2. Description of Service

Mirae is a personality and self-reflection app based on Korean Saju (Four Pillars / 사주팔자) astrology. The App provides:

• Saju chart generation based on your birth data.
• AI-generated readings and personality insights.
• Daily energy cards and element-based insights.
• Social features including compatibility scoring and connections.
• Journal and reflection tools.

3. Entertainment and Self-Reflection Disclaimer

Mirae is designed for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

• Readings and insights are generated by AI and based on traditional Saju frameworks. They are not predictions of the future.
• Mirae does not provide medical, financial, legal, or professional advice. Do not make life decisions based solely on app readings.
• Compatibility scores and element analyses are personality frameworks, not guarantees about relationships.
• We make no claims about the accuracy or predictive power of Saju astrology.

4. Account and Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Mirae.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate birth data. Inaccurate data will result in inaccurate chart calculations.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit free credits or referral bonuses is prohibited.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Subscription Tiers

Mirae offers Free, Basic, and Premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5.2 Credits

Some readings and features require credits. Credits are earned through subscriptions (monthly allocation) or purchased as credit packs. Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period. Purchased credits do not expire.

5.3 Billing and Cancellation

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation is managed through your Apple or Google account settings, not within the App.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period or unused credits, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

5.4 Price Changes

We may adjust pricing for subscriptions and credit packs. Price changes will not affect active subscription periods.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Harass, abuse, or send offensive content to other users through social features.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or the credit system for unauthorized benefit.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App or its APIs.
• Impersonate another person or create fake accounts.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

• The App, its design, code, and content are owned by Blue King Code and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
• AI-generated readings are provided for your personal use only. You may share readings through the App's built-in share feature.
• Saju chart calculations use traditional Korean astrological frameworks that are in the public domain. Our specific implementation and presentation are proprietary.
• Hanja characters (甲, 乙, etc.) are traditional Chinese characters used in Saju and are not our intellectual property.

8. Social Features and Privacy

• When you accept a connection, both users can see each other's display name, day master element, and compatibility score.
• The Discovery feed shows your display name and element data only if you enable "Appear in Discovery" in settings.
• Element reactions are visible to the connection recipient.
• You can remove connections at any time.

9. Gift Readings

• Gift readings are sent at the gifter's expense (credit cost applies).
• Unclaimed gift readings expire after 30 days.
• Gift links shared outside the App may be claimed by anyone with the link.

10. Availability and Modifications

• We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Mirae is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any decisions you make based on readings or insights provided by the App.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blue King Code is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal remedies.
